Once your order is confirmed, we’ll make sure that everything runs smoothly for your beneficiary. We contact them directly to make arrangements for a delivery time to suit them. For large appliances, we also check that they are ready to receive their new appliance and answer any questions they may have.
You’ll also have your own dedicated account manager, making sure we are getting things absolutely right for you and your beneficiaries, and all our staff have had safeguard training, and are DBS-checked.
