You’ll have your own dedicated account manager who will see your order through to completion. They’ll be your first point of contact for any changes, updates or queries and we use our specialist sector knowledge to make sure we deliver for your business every step of the way.

All of us enjoy the feeling of having something new – and when it’s something that will dramatically improve someone’s everyday life, the emotional benefit is even more powerful.
We make it our business to provide a friendly and professional service that puts your beneficiaries at ease, knowing that we understand their needs and will always respect their privacy.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll make sure that everything runs smoothly for your beneficiary. We contact them directly to make arrangements for a delivery time to suit them. For large appliances, we also check that they are ready to receive their new appliance and answer any questions they may have.
You’ll also have your own dedicated account manager, making sure we are getting things absolutely right for you and your beneficiaries, and all our staff have had safeguard training, and are DBS-checked.
