All our team are DBS checked to give assurance to charity partners that our employees are suitable to interact with your beneficiaries, who may be from vulnerable groups.

Our team is trained in Safeguarding implementation, and we have a Safeguarding Policy that all employees sign.

We are proud to be a Living Wage Employer. The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate voluntarily paid by over 4,700 UK businesses, who believe their staff deserve a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work. We are happy to pay our team at least the real Living Wage which is higher than the government minimum.
