Our products are supplied with the standard manufactures warranty on brand new appliances. The length of warranty depends on the manufacture and product. Items are only covered when used in the environment they were designed for. If you are unsure then please contact us on 01903 930430 or contact us via our live chat service and one of our representatives will be able to help.
Generally, our delivery is free on orders above £75 Ex VAT.
Our delivery charges vary depending on the item(s) ordered.
For White Goods only, there’s a standard delivery charge of £25 Ex VAT per item.
For all our other products, delivery is free on orders above £75 Ex VAT. For orders below £75 Ex VAT, there’s a standard delivery charge of £4.95 Ex VAT.

If your item is delivered damaged and the driver is still there, please refuse the delivery and let us know so we can arrange for a new item/items to be despatched. If the driver has already left the premises, then please let us know regarding any damage within 48hrs either by our live chat service or by contacting one of our representatives on 01903 930430.

If a product develops a fault after 30 days of purchase, you may be asked to contact manufacturers directly to discuss further.

We hold high levels of stock in several regional warehouses, so we can fulfil orders as swiftly as possible. Many lines are on next day delivery, with larger items coming straight from the manufacturers within a few days.

There may be delays due to supply chain, but we always aim to deliver your goods within 7-14 working days. For made to order items, once the items have been made you will receive the delivery details.
