You can place orders using our website or by phone. If you’re looking for something specific and can’t find it, it’s worth contacting us as we’ll see if we can source it for you.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll make sure that everything runs smoothly for your beneficiary. We contact them directly by phone to make arrangements for delivery and installation that suit them. We also check that they are ready to receive their new appliance and answer any questions that they may have.
- You’ll have your own dedicated account manager, making sure we are getting things absolutely right for you and your beneficiaries
- You can set up a credit account or pay as you go
- All our staff have had safeguard training, and are DBS-checked
