Own Comforts - Make Your House a Home

The Own Comforts E‑Voucher is issued by C Supplies Ltd and may be redeemed only on the Own Comforts website (Own Comforts – Owncomforts), where it must be used within 12 months of issue to the Beneficiary; it cannot be exchanged for cash, used elsewhere, or refunded for unused balances. The E-Voucher can only be redeemed on online purchases.

The E-Voucher will be processed and despatched to the Beneficiary's email address within 24 hours (working days only) and by shopping with the E-Voucher the Beneficiary automatically accepts the E-Voucher Terms & Conditions.

When a Beneficiary redeems the voucher, Own Comforts may share limited data with C Supplies Ltd and subsequently the Voucher Purchaser (such as a charity or business) under the UK GDPR “legitimate interests” basis to ensure transparency, prevent misuse, and confirm appropriate use of charitable funds.

The data shared is restricted to what is necessary and may include the Beneficiary’s name, voucher code and details of items purchased with the voucher, including item/s description, item/s category and item/s price. These details are only provided upon request from the Voucher Purchaser and records of these requests will be kept by C Supplies Ltd.

No data relating to purchases made outside the E‑Voucher is shared, and no additional payment details about the Beneficiary are disclosed beyond what is required to redeem the voucher. No delivery details such as address will be shared.
